2023-2024 Riding Membership is now open!

Interested in a Riding Membership?  Returning members (Riding and Non-Riding) have first priority for this season’s riding spots, any remaining open riding spots will be offered to our New Non-Riding Members, based on availability.

If you are interested in becoming a New Riding member for 2023-2024 carnival,  the first step is to join us this season as a Non-Riding member.   Non-Riding members are assigned to a float, and are invited to all Phoenix events, can purchase Phoenix merchandise and participate in Spartan Society events as a member of the Mystical Order of the Phoenix.
